Odd exception in log.

No obvious trigger, and I can't seem to replicate the issue. Also there does not seem to be any in-game consequences.

AMP version Instance running minecraft Forge 2281

It's caused by your server being probed for exploits by a 3rd party, trying to find misconfigured webservers that'll serve up remote pages when they shouldn't. AMPs webserver throws an exception because it can't resolve the path (this is good!). It's nothing to worry about. Future versions will actually identify this situation and log it as an attack attempt.
